Windows 10: Stuck in welcome screen

After complete installation of windows version 1903 my laptop automatically restart then I used my laptop without any problem. But when in the next day to start my laptop then after a long time the screen to enter the password appear then I enter my password successfully but the welcome screen go on running and running. I left it for hours but nothing happens. So I off my laptop using the power switch and enter into the safe mode i have already done everything possible in the safe mode, try to uninstall 1903 but nothing happens. One big problem is after installation of version 1903 I cleaned my older version of window accidentally. So now I have no option to go anywhere I am stuck in the middle. I also use the command prompt to repair the installation of 1903 but no results the same happened, upto password screen I can go easily but after that only the welcome screen ...

What to do please help

Stuck on welcome screen

Hello

I updated my windows pc to the latest version yesterday, and now when I launch my pc I'm stuck on the welcome screen with the date and time. My mouse and keyboard were working before, and now neither are responding so i cant click anything or go anywhere
from this screen.

I've tried: restarting my pc, turning it on and off rapidly many times, unplugging wifi router, and using a different mouse and keyboard. Very frustrated, I would love to hear any suggestions I dont want to need to go to the computer shop right now. Thanks

 

Stuck on "welcome back" screen

I had to skip the step to connect to the network after I passed the "Welcome Back" screen.

 

Windows Stuck at Welcome screen

After i updated windows it was stuck at the welcome screen. If i turn it off and turn it back on it goes straight to the welcome screen can anyone please tell me how to fix this?
