    my name is Bader Uddin.

    I am stuck with windows update. cant reset the windows, I don't know why. I tried many tips from all over the internet.

    cant do to anything.

    I went back to windows 8.1 from recovery and stuck there on windows 10 setup tool because of a loop stuck at 46%. then I restore windows 10 from the backup I have. now I am really stuck. also, windows defender only showing the page with at the glance.

    Windows 10 fails to update


    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

    Is it time for Windows 10 already?

    I can't get update KB3035583 on my windows 7 SP1 laptop, also I was missing the optional language packs updates, I have tried "resetting" windows updates Windows Update - Reset - Windows 7 Help Forums and I have tried stopping and restarting the windows update service, did not help.
    Would anyone have a suggestion on how to get this KB3035583 update? It's genuine windows 7 SP1 home premium.

    Edit: Is this windows 10 upgrade only for people who bought (a computer with) windows 7 SP 1?
    I bought this laptop with windows 7.
