Windows 10: stuck on Bit Locker recovery screen

Hi all,My name is Ben and I need help with some weird issue that started happening after a failed windows update.Laptop: Microsoft SurfaceWindows version: Windows 11.I started windows update and, in the middle, my computer said the something went wrong in the middle of trying to update and it restarted by itself, and this screen came up:Now the problem is that I have never used or activated BitLocker in this Laptop, meaning I have no idea what the recovery key is as I am not the one that chose it. My guess is that the manufacturer did it, which in my case is Microsoft as this is a surface.I tr

Bit Locker Key

Daughter laptop requesting bit locker recovery key.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Facing bit locker key problem. Just updated my system and on restart bit locker recovery key screen is coming although I haven't activated bit locker so I don't have any key for it. Please suggest solution for this issue how can I get throw this without key or how can I revert this update
