Windows 10: Stuck on boot loop after mbr2gpt and changinf CMS settings

I did the mbr2gpt conversion because I heard its "better", I validated it and there is no problem but when I did the conversion it went successful besides this ReAgent.xml error to convert, I resetted my PC thinking it was okay and I was greeted with "no bootable device" on my screen, so I went to the BIOS, changed some setting in the CSM section from the "BIOS only" all to "UEFI only", and when I saved the changes and restarted my PC, I am completely stuck on my motherboard screen, I tried pressing esc to enter my BIOS again but it just won't, after several minutes though the motherboard scre

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
