Windows 10: Stuck on build 10.0.18362 trying to update to Windows 10 22h2

So this is a friend of mines pc that I’m working on and have never encountered this issue until now. But essentially he bought a pc on fb marketplace through a college student about 7 years ago that had windows student edition. The pc over the years wasn’t updated or anything like that. What I did was got windows 10 home and activated the code. Tried to update from there with no results. The problem is when I’m updating I get a BSOD error that says PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA. Now what I have tried is sfc /scannow check dsk Dism.exe Windows update trouble shooter Fresh install on to brand new

Downloading updates stuck at 0%


Hello everyone, Windows Update has been stuck at 0% every time I've tried in the last couple of days (see screenshot). These are the two updates available:

• Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688).

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).

 

KB3074678 stuck at 0%

Hi all,

Been trying trying to install updates for a few days now only to be stuck at 0%. Here's the list that I'm currently waiting on. Anyone have any suggestions?

According to this link and whether or not these have been Insider Preview Builds as @FordGT90Concept contends, I found this link: [Changelog] What’s New in Windows 10 April 2018 Update (Version 1803)

Windows 10 Build 10.0.17134 Changelog:​Build 17134 was the 23rd Insider Preview build of Windows 10 released after Fall Creators Update. It was released on April 16, 2018. This new build arrived via new "RS4" (RedStone4) development branch.
