Windows 10: Stuck on Fixing F: Dtage 3: 100% 0 of 0???

I scanned my hp laptop for viruses with malwarebytes and quarantined them. It was only then when I actually pressed delete on them that my computer became so slow. The virus was pretty bad because after log in, all the desktop icons and taksbar would take around 10 mintues to load. I was also impatient with startup times so I had no choice but to reset it. The reset went well I think but after it had reinstalled windows chkdsk started to run. Stage 1 and 2 took took long but still completed but now it's stuck on stage 3. I have a 2TB HDD and a 256GB SSD. I've already looked up how long it takes and apparently it takes a pretty long time depending on how much storage you have. But I left my laptop on for 24 hours and it still hasn't completed stage 3. I decided to hard shutdown my laptop and see what would happen but it just runs chskdsk again and gets stuck on 100% on stage 3. I cant skip it. Should or I just leave it for longer and see how it goes? What should I do?

My pc (Lenovo) was very slow for week espicially today, I decided to restart it and then start fixing then it stuck at this stage:

It took 12 hours and I am still waiting.

what is the best solition?

My PC was running very slowly and I was unable to really get to a regular power off so I had to do a manual shut down. When I turned the computer back on I was greeted with the automatic disk check and repair. I'm currently at the state of the title fixing
(C stage 3: 100% (0 of 0); Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00. and it has been hanging for over 30 minutes thus far. Is this a hanging loop or should I wait for it to try to work itself out? What would be my next steps in order to proceed if this doesn't complete?

I turned my computer off one night after it was working fine, came home from work, turned it on, and it says:

Fixing (E Stage 1: 60% (x of x); Total: 87%; ETA: 0:xx:xx

It was on Stage 3: 100% (0 of 0); Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00 for 3 hours. I turned off the pc, drained the power, cleaned as much dust as i could with electronic duster, turned it on, and im back at square one. This isnt my boot drive, its a 1 TB HDD and its
only used to store music files or video files. I use it maybe twice a week at most. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?
