Windows 10: Stuck on FN lock :/

Every time I try to turn off the FN lock, it still uses the FN keys, so I cannot use my volume, mute, skip etc keys without pressing FN. I restarted my PC, and turned the fn lock on and off multiple times, but still no results. I have no idea what causes this, my keyboard is fine and working well, and it tells me when I turn the fn lock on and off, yet it still appears to stay on. This is really annoying me, does anybody know how to fix this, or have at least encountered it?

Fn lock stuck on

No matter what I do, fn lock is stuck on, I've pressed every single button on this stupid keyboard, holding every other button while doing it, and nothing, there's no shortcut listed and if I do the fn + esc it just open system information for whatever reason. I use a HP Pro x360 Fortis 11 inch G10 Notebook PC with Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise. There is no button labeled "fn lock", I've already tried restarting, I've looked in every setting menu but luckily there's not a single menu labeled "shortcuts" it just lets you turn on sticky keys or not.

Are you sure it's not the num lock rather than FN lock? Sounds like num lock to me.

no exist? it's in all the screenshots.

that is what fn does, num lock turns the number pad on or off yes - but it only matters for a dedicated number pad. those are normally arrows when turned off.
