Windows 10: Stuck on loading screen with no spinning circle, cant press anything.

Okay, so all I can say is that I booted up my PC today and it loaded to a screen with ASUS then "please press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS settings" and no spinning circle. I try to enter bios or advanced startup but when I try it doesnt do anything but stay on that screen. Yesterday night I shut it down but no windows updates were forced. I played a couple games yesterday and didnt install any viruses or anything major. I possibly think my hard drive is busted. Its happened once already. Its like I need a whole new PC

Stuck at spinning circle before login screen

So here's my issue: I started my computer and came back to find a BSOD. It displayed an error code and mentioned something about a driver error. I waited until the loading reached 100%, but it didn't restart on its own so i shut the computer down manually by holding the power button on my case. Then it booted up, but it got stuck on the spinning circle of dots. I have been able to press CTRL+ALT+DEL while at the spinning circle which bring me to the login screen but without the box to enter my pin, however, I am able to access the network, ease of access and power options. I have tried restarting, shutting down, and holding shift while restarting in an effort to boot with safe mode but none have gotten me farther than the spinning circle. I have searched a lot of forums and many have had similar issues to mine but none of the fixes that were suggested got me anywhere. Attached are photos of the different screens I'm seeing which hopefully shed some light on the issue I'm having. Thanks!

I just like to report that I have tried the method suggested and it worked for me!

The Windows 10 1607 Update has been failing since Sep 2016. It was stuck at the spinning circle screen. Every time I just let it restored to the previous version. Until lately did I start looking for solution. I applied the fix from Microsoft and verified that the registry key was removed, but it was still occurring.

Yesterday, after reading this thread, I tried the update again, and at the spinning circle screen where it was stuck, I unplugged my wireless mouse dongle and the update process continued.

To help you resolve the loading spinning circle, may we know if you have a recovery media, or are you able to create recovery media? The recovery media will help you check if the system files are intact; the data of the hard drive is intact, and / or to
check the partitions of the hard drive. Also, may we know the troubleshooting steps that you have done in an attempt to resolve the issue?
