Windows 10: Stuck on Loading while sign in on the Clock app Windows 11

I've asked this on the feedback hub but seems like nobody is answering, so I will try to post it here.Stuck on Loading while I'm trying to sign-in on the Clock app. When I click on it, it indeed shows that I have signed in, and my To-do did show, but the interface just keeps showing Loading.And it keeps logging me out after I close the app, I've to re-sign in every time.btw it is not on my system language too, which is English rather than Traditional Chinese. seems very buggy

Windows Alarms & Clock app seems to update correctly in Windows Store but never really installs

I understand the inconvenience you are facing with Alarm and Clock app, try the below and check if it helps.

I would like to inform that, you need to close the Windows Store and other apps before executing
the PowerShell command. Also, sign-out and sign-in before installing the apps from the store.
I suggest you to take this as a precaution before performing the troubleshooting steps.

Step 1: To uninstall Alarm and Clock app
follow the below steps.

• Press Windows key, type
  Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
• Enter the command: “get-appxpackage *Microsoft.WindowsAlarms* | remove-appxpackage” (Without quotes) on the
  PowerShell and hit Enter.

This will uninstall the Alarm and Clock app and then you can reinstall the app from Windows Store. Before re-installing, I suggest you to perform
Step 2 and proceed.

Step 2: Run
WSReset.exe .

• Press Windows+R key to open
  Run box
• Enter wsreset.exe in the Run command and then click
  OK.
• Restart your computer and install the app.

Windows Store App stuck downloading but when refreshed changes amount downloaded.

One possible reason why your download is stuck may be due to a corrupted file. We suggest that you try the following steps below:

Method 1: Sign out/sign in

• Open the Windows Store app.
• Click on the account logo in the upper-right corner of the app, then click on your account name.
• Click on you account name in the new box, then click Sign out.
• Click on the icon in the upper-right corner again, then click Sign in and choose your account name again.

Method 2: Reset Windows Store cache

• Click Start, then type wsreset and select wsreset.
• When the Store app opens, see if your downloads are working.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
