Windows 10: Stuck on overview of express settings .

I have made it through the black screen with the circle and cannot get beyond seemingly starting to accept express settings. I press the button on the bottom, it appears to indicate a highlight and there is disk activity. Through disk activity then slows to a blink every few second. After more than two hours it is still on the screen that gives an overview of express settings

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
