    Stuck on "Play Ad-Free" payment


    Hello,I am trying to purchase an annual ad-free subscription in the "Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games" app. I select the annual payment of 429 CZK and confirm the card payment, but then a black screen with a white rectangle appears:I proceed to confirm the payment in my banking app, but nothing further happens – the black screen with the white rectangle remains.Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?Thank you.

    One of the factor why you're having issues purchasing an app in Windows Store is due to payment method settings. See this article:

    Troubleshoot problems with payment options
    and follow the suggest troubleshooting steps.

    To add a payment method or switch between payment methods By default, apps are added to your phone bill when mobile payments are offered. To pay with a credit card instead:

    • On the phone or on windowsphone.com, tap
      Add or switch payment methods on the purchase confirmation screen.
    • Add a new payment method or change the payment method.
    Like always, things are made difficult for the end user

    HOW TO REMOVE A PAYMENT METHOD ?

    I have removed my visa card, but now have my mobile operator listed as a payment method, how to REMOVE this ?

    • Did you contact your bank, like the message suggests?
    I suggest you to retype your debit card number without spaces, commas, or other characters that aren't numbers and also verify that the billing address, expiration date, and name listed for your payment option are correct. If you are using a new payment
    option, verify that it has been activated.
