Windows 10: Stuck on Windows 10 "Hi There" screen

Hello,My system was beginning to fall apart, and things stopped working such as "Windows Package Installer" for Apple programs and other things that slowed the device down.I decided to back up what I wanted off my computer, and I reset the entire thing and cloud re-downloaded Windows 10.After being stuck on 36% for ages and immediately finishing after ticking over 36, I was greeted by the "Hi There" setup screen. I put in my preferences and it tells me an update should fix something, I connect it to my WiFi, and it restarts. When it turned back on, I was once again met with the "Hi There" scre

Windows 10 stuck at black screen


hi, i tried upgrading my windows 7, but failed 5 times.
step 1 on copying files are 100%
step 2 installing features n updates are 100%
step 3 FAILED, it stuck on black screen and freeze, nothing i can do besides force restart and its restored to my windows 7 back.

any idea how to solve this? it's always stuck at 75% step 2 and when go to step 3 is freeze ( 5 times in row, i'm thinking give up or buy new laptop with windows 10*Biggrin*Biggrin*Biggrin)

p.s i'm currently downloading ISO file to blank DVD hopefully it's works

Windows 10, Stuck at Time & Date screen.

Hi Andrew,

In that case, we suggest repairing your computer via startup repair. To do so, you will need a Windows 10 recovery media or installation drive/disc and follow these steps.

• Boot from your Windows 10 installation drive/disc.
• On the Windows setup screen, select your language preferences and click
  Next.
• Select Repair your computer.
