Windows 10: Stuck on - Windows 10 Update 1903

I'm stuck on ver 1803 for x64-based systems KB4530717.


I've had all types of errors over the last many months.

I've tried a few times over the last year to do the upgrade and troubleshoot; as advised by various experts. Including the sfc and DSIM and its various types, including Editing group policy, removing secure boot, and even the Media creation tool; using the option to keep data and apps.

Nothing works.


Some experts have advised getting a copy of the full media for Win 10 Pro x64 US English, for the version 1803. Use this to fix the corruption and then the subsequent updates will work.


Is this an option?

Where do I get one?


The only option, otherwise, it seems is to do a clean install. And hours of work it requires thereafter.

update to windows 10 , version 1903

Please help me solve this problem

there was an update for my laptop windows 10 version 1903 but got stuck after Installing - 89%

any suggestion???

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
