Windows 10: Stuck on Windows 10 version 1803 - will not update to any newer version error 0x80070003

I've tried every fix I've found online, but nothing fixes the problem. The update process gets to 84% and errors out with the 0x80070003 code each time. I went through each suggestion given in this troubleshooter:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ot-problems-updating?ocid=20SMC10164Windows10 but to no avail. I've also tried every combination of those suggestions I can think of, but nothing changed...


Checked all drivers.
Used the Media Creation Tool.

Turned off antivirus.

Unplugged all peripherals.

Cleaned out the SoftwareDistribution and catroot2 folders.

Stopped the Windows Update, BITS, and Cryptsvc services and restarted them manually.

Used the Windows Update Assistant.

Ran the built-in troubleshooter.

Ran sfc and DISM.

Ran the Windows Update reset script in PowerShell.

Double-checked my UEFI boot partition.

Double-checked the registry for the weird Macrium Reflect path issue, even though I've never used that app.

I'm the only user of the PC, an administrator account.

Tried each newer version, just to see.


I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas where to go from here?

Unable to update Windows 10 Pro version 1709 to 1803

Have made several attempts to update Windows 10 version 1709 to the latest version 1803 and have not been successful.

I've done the following per some suggestions found online:

• Updated drivers
• Ran the Trouble Shooter for Windows 10 (Errors found were shown to be "Fixed" per the tool)
• Unplugged the printer

Although not at every attempt, I have received the following errors:

• 0xc1900101
• 0x80070643

Can someone please advise me as to what the errors are and provide me with the steps to update Windows.

Windows 10 update version 1803

I am not able to update to version 1803 of windows 10 as it is taking a lot of time(stuck on 0%) . Can anyone tell me how much time will it take to actually update the newer version of windows 10 .
