    Hello,


    I recently had problems with windows 10 Version 1803 updates not able to be installed. I upgraded to the latest version 1809 of Windows 10 and my computer started studdering, crackling/buzzing and running very slowly in general (even when typing). I did a "sfc /scannow" from command prompt and that seemed to have fixed the issue. But then the issues returned. I then reset/refreshed my entire pc just to see if that would resolve the issues. Then my icons on the task bar and on my desktop started fluttering. The desktop icons would disappear and reappear. Finally, I rebooted in Safe Mode with Networking and that seemed to have fixed the issues. But when I turn the computer off and started/restart it, it goes back to "regular mode" and the issues start happening again. And when in "Safe Mode", I can't type anything in the address bar. Can someone please help me? I am so SICK OF THIS!!

    Corrupted system files or outdated drivers may be one of the possible causes why hearing buzzing crackling sound. To efficiently assist you, we'd like to know the build and version of Windows your Windows 10. Have you made any recent changes prior to this
    issue?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps in this article on how to troubleshoot sound problem.

    New Buzzing Crackling Sound

    This isn't hardware related. This is clearly related to updates from Microsoft/Windows. There's to many reports of buzzing/ popping/ crackling/ static recently . My drivers from HP worked fine until recent
    Microsoft/Windows update. I have tried multiple drivers and "fixes" and nothing has fixed my issue. As usual, HP points to Microsoft and Microsoft points to HP. As usual, you can never find a email address to make either aware of possible issues,
    so it could be fixed. All you can get is forums, which is no help in solving issues.

    Why cannot anybody fix my windows 10 from constantly freezing, followed by a loud buzzing? I have reset my computer mutiple times and followed every suggestion
