Windows 10: stupidest wireless idea ever

    stupidest wireless idea ever


    wireless turns on manually, in 1 hour ,in 4 hours, in one day. OK now how do I get rid of this stupidest idea in windows other than just having to keep it hard wired?

    Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

    Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

    Change Wireless Network Connection Priority Order in Windows 10


    Hello Denis, stupidest wireless idea ever :)

    The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.

    • Were there any changes made to your device prior to the issue?
    • Did you update your Windows?

    • Open Device Manager.

    • Look for Network adapterand click it to expand.

    • Select the driver then right-click on it and select Properties.

    • Under Driver tab, click the Update Driver button to update the driver.
