Windows 10: Stuttering in Windows 10, Nov2020

Hello,


I have been having issues with windows 10 for a couple weeks, I get constant stuttering, every few seconds like clock work, everything else runs as normal, I used registry edit to disable the action center and that seemed to temporarily fox my issue for about 48 hours or so, but now the stutter has return, I've tried clean installs, I've disabled sysmain, I've disabled windows search nothing seems to be working, any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

FPS drops below 10 every couple of minutes

Very interesting. Our default suggestion list for fighting stutter becomes more interesting.
