Discus and support Subscription Basis Only? in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; Thanks for the update Dave.. now that might just calm some people down.. but I doubt everyone will buy that statement.     I buy it, so will many others that can see that a subscription of any kind would drive users away from 10 and not to it. When MS said a Free upgrade they meant Free.

    Because I have not enough money to pay for one-time purchase.

    I find it easier to pay 10 euros for a month, each month, than paying 100+ euros for a licence. I live in Greece, and if you see some news, you know what is going on here.

    It's free under certain conditions. If you don't meet those conditions you have to pay for it.

    Sorry, but I don't pay attention to the news in Greece. And in a lot of cases Win10 is free.
    EDIT: And the fee would not be a payment plan it would be a monthly fee due each month.

    Lease to own, would be a good plan in a situation like that. I don't see them ever doing it, but food for thought Microsoft. *Smile
