Windows 10: Sudden BlueScreen: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I am using that PC with Windows 10 1909 build for more than 6 months, but suddenly yesterday when the system is in idle, I got the bluescreen error with CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I never saw like this before on this PC. Can't find out the reason whether it's because of the automatic OS updates or Hardware problem. I tried resetting the OS and reinstalling it several times, but it's still the same. But today, when I was copying some files, a new Bluescreen error with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION came. Even in safe mode, these errors are coming. How to stop it?

System File Checker tool and updated all of your drivers, we suggest
creating a new user account on your computer and see if the same error will occur while using a different profile. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

On Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Professional editions:

• 
  Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Family & other people > Add
  someone else to this PC.
  
• 
  Enter a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next.

In order to resolve your concern, we suggest that you to follow these steps:

• If you've installed any new apps or devices, uninstall or unplug them and restart your PC.
• Make sure your PC has the latest updates:

• Go to the search box.
• Type Windows Update then Enter.
• Select Check for updates.
• In the Settings menu, select Check for updates button.
• When it's finished, restart your PC.

Watching Stream, encountered error Critical_Process_Died

So I was watching a stream on Twitch, when all of a sudden my computer bluescreened, obviously otherwise I would not be posting here, anyways encountered the error CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I was just curious if it was just a one shot error thing, or if it could become a reoccurring error that needs correcting.
