Windows 10: Sudden restarts after upgrading memory

I did use memtest86+ 5.01 but with 6 passes and that took a long time... *Smile

When writing about 0 and 6 being different, did you mean "module part number"? I bought them in different times ofcourse, is there a way to make them match or it is what it is and only when buying in pairs they are the same?

How can you explain the fact that the system is not showing me BSOD before crashing even though I disabled the automatic shutdown?
One last thing: It happens when I'm not on the computer and when it works hard, nothing happens, shouldn't it fail when it works hard? The crash timing is also a surprise.

 

Memory shouldn't be bought at different time, always buy a kit.

 

What do you mean by automatic shutdown?
What was disabled?

 

Un-checking automatic restart is fine. It will give you time to view the bsod windows and see the bugcheck information.

Unless the difference is that instead of an immediate shutdown, it just waiting for some time and still shuts down. The shut down was at 3am, I got to my computer at around 9am. I was hoping it will wait for my action instead of restarting automatically.
