Windows 10: suddenly cannot conect with reimage. Need assistance. It begins to activete then says it...

I suddenly cannot use my reimage. I try to start it, it begins, then suddenly says Remage has trouble communicating with server. Please check internet connection... I have internet, I have checked and rechecked. I need to find out what is wrong. Please help
