Windows 10: Suddenly ERROR MESSAGES Appear,” can’t access Backup or Temp Folder

My business apps database server suddenly got corrupted, and at first, when changing screens I got that error message. Now it save any data entry, then gives that same error message.
2 weeks later, now, it quits when changing from any 1 to ANY 2nd screen. This is the apps own Temp Folder, I believe, that suddenly the server can’t wrute to.
Application support did a full reinstall, The problem /same as before. THEY think iTS 1 if the 3 antivirus apps that came w/ the Dell PC. (Bought IN JAN)

I believe they are trials, which I never messed with.
Is this the cause?
Any other ideas?
How do I uninstall them?
How do I reinstall them if they’re not the cause?
Dell never included a Win10+ apps disk ! Thanks!

New folders appeared & denied access

%temp% folder access

Yes it is, but iv just noticed when I type %temp% the 1st option on the list is delete cookies or internet files but further down the results is now the temp folder as a command.

The temp folder provides work space for programs. Yes they can be deleted. We suggest that you follow the steps provided by Sangeeta Sarkar on how to delete Temp files on this

link. You may also type in the search box Disk Cleanup and hit enter. It will evaluate your disk and give you a list of folders sizes that can be deleted.
