Windows 10: Suddenly no access to Internet via Wifi, except for certain sites

Without me changing anything, suddenly I can just access certain sites via Wifi, for example google, youtube, wikipedia or this website.
Also, it is not possible for me to use a VPN anymore (Cyberghost) which has warked perfectly fine just a few days ago too (and for some years now, for that matter)
Onedrive isn't working either

Connecting to the same Wifi with my android phone and then using it as an intermediary to connect my PC via my phone's hotspot solves the problem, but that's of course not the way I wan't to keep going on.

Because it's working via hotspot I suppose somehow the settings for that particular wifi have been changed (but as I said, I didn't mess around with them)

I've done some quick research and made sure IPv4 is checked for that adapter.

After Windows 10 Upgrade, flash sites cause Internet Explorer to "not respond" (freeze)

Unable to access internet with certain programs

I have a Compaq Presario CQ62 running Windows 10. I am unable to access the internet with a couple programs. I downloaded the update from Windows 7 to 10. Everything runs fine but HP's support program and Print Shop V22.

I googled the problem and tried some of the suggestions listed, but I still can't access the internet. I am using Firefox and it connects fine along with Norton Internet Security. Any suggestions?

WiFi connected but no internet access

My hp laptop connects fine with my college Wi-Fi network but it is showing 'No Internet Access '. Till morning it was working fine & now suddenly there is no internet access. I am able to connect to internet using my other devices. Till now I tried these
steps:

* Disconnecting & Reconnecting to the network

* Using network troubleshooter

* flushing the DNS cache

* rebooting the PC

But none of these steps worked. Please help me connect to internet.
