Windows 10: Suddenly no internet on Windows 11 PC

Dear Community,Today I suddenly lost access to the internet on my PC.On every other device the internet is working fine Laptop, Smartphone.Opening any website on Edge reads ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED. Other Apps do not work either Teams, Outlook, ...Whenever I try to ping or do a nslookup on www.google.com or my own router I receive the error message: General failure. However, pinging localhost works fine.I tried to connect my PC to the internet in different ways: Ethernet, Wifi and even Bluetooth Tethering. None of those methods worked.Plus, I don't believe this issue is hardware related s

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

MSN is crashing in Internet Explorer 11

Hi Lee,

The issue you're experiencing could be due to unauthorized add-ons causing the page not to respond. We'd like to know the following:

• Did you notice any changes on your PC prior to the issue?
• Is the issue happening to all websites aside from MSN.com?
  

In the meantime, I suggest that you start Internet Explorer with no Add-ons. Please follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + R. A Run dialog box will open.
• Type iexplore.exe -extoff

If you're able to browse websites without any issues, then add-ons may be cause the error. You can refer to this link on how to turn off/remove add-ons on Internet Explorer:

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.

  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
