Windows 10: Suddenly.... points

I went to update my laptop and noticed something about points, I clicked it and it took me to a website to get more points. There's no mention why I would want to get points or what they're about just quizzes to fill in etc. Is there any way to disable all this points stuff and remove it from Windows?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

This issue might occur due to corrupted user account settings. I suggest you to perform the steps below and check if this helps.

I suggest you to restore the system to the previous point where PC was working normally. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:
