    Suddenly some apps won't load anymore


    If you are only troubleshooting a corrupted user profile there are methods used to fix a corrupted user profile.
    You must be comfortable using the registry and must have a reliable backup.
    For user corruption I had always created a new user profile and if someone in the forum has done one of these repairs they may offer additional feedback.

    I tried the registry fix. It didn't change anything. Anyway, it's done now but I suspect it'll happen again. It always does to me. lol. Thanks everyone, for the help. Now I'm off to install a dozen or so programs again.
