    sudoku not preserving play records.


    sudoku not preserving play records. As of Nov 8 i play the daily games, close the app and come back later to fing that the completed games from the previous attempt are not preserved. It shows they need to be replayed. Tried Reset and reload of the app to no avail.

    Can not record audio.

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

    Sudoku Crashes

    It was only an issue with Sudoku. It started on 6/23/18. I went to the troubleshooter link and the first step took care of the problem:

    • Update Microsoft Store: Select the Start button > Microsoft Store . Select See more > Downloads and updates > Get updates.
      If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.

    provide us the following information:

    • What is exactly happening when you tried to play the game?
    • Did the issue start after an update?
    • Are you still able to launch and play other Microsoft Casual Games like Microsoft Solitaire?
