Windows 10: Suduko

Discus and support Suduko in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I'm getting an error code 000019 what does this mean?     I'm getting an error code 000019 what does this mean? I know that it has something to do with loading the game but I don't know how to fix the problem

    What's the matter with suduko. can't get past the advert for one of the stupid games that keep being advertised. The advert finishes but the close button doesn't work
