Windows 10: [SUGGESTION] More Options for Xbox Game Bar Recordings

I've noticed that I have never really talked about this and I am pretty sure everybody is aware about this. Whenever you record with the game bar, the recording seems to save with high storage space. I believe that this could be something related to the bitrate of recordings. I really want to suggest Xbox Game Bar having more recording options such as changing bitrate, custom FPS, etc. similar to what Screen Recorder this is an example of a recording app from Microsoft Store that has lots of options, but I doubt using it does.

Xbox Game Bar Capture Doesn't Record Mic Audio

I understand that you are facing issues while recording microphone audio using game bar while playing games.

In addition, you can also check if the Microphone for game bar is enabled under privacy settings.

1. Go to Settings (press Windows +
   I key together) > Privacy.
   
2. On the left hand pane scroll down and look for
   Microphone.
   
3. Toggle Allow apps to access Microphone
   to ON.
   
4. Under Choose which Microsoft Store app can access your Microphone toggle Xbox game bar to
   ON.
   
5. Restart the game bar.

Need to fix XBOX game dvr or suggestions for a recording software just like xbox game dvr

To further troubleshoot your concern, w suggest that you run the Windows App Troubleshooter from this link. 

If you are still experiencing the same issue, follow the steps below to reset the Windows Store cache and update Xbox App.

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard. 
• Click on Command Prompt (Admin). 
• Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter. 
• Close the Command prompt, and then launch Windows Store. 
• Update the Xbox App in the Windows Store.  
• If there is no option for you to update it, uninstall and reinstall the app. 

Please make sure that the record option for Game DVR on the Xbox App is enabled. To do that, follow the steps below:

• Open the Xbox App.
• On the left pane, click the gear icon to view Settings.
• Select Game DVR.
• Make sure Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR is
  On.
• Check if your Keyboard shortcuts are accurate to the one that you are using.
• Click Save if you made any changes.
