Sorry yes physically unplugged, ethernet cable is nowhere near pc anymore, has never had a wifi connection. Happens even before I plug in ethernet after a clean install. Starts with one of the many svchosts. Just a few screenshots of this happening.

Oh even posted a short video of this happening on youtube last year. Currently have not seen anything yet after disabling all that I have, including disabling the use of UDP for remote connections in Group Policy, in autoruns I also unchecked that box for "webplatform customizations" and changed the registry entries for SymlinkLocaltoRemote data value to 0 (also did this for the SymlinkRemotetoLocal as well).

That's thorough...! Well, by comparison, under (I think) all those column headings, with Firefox up, and internet connected, I have precisely 0 activity. No change to services, nothing. And I have clicked column headers.

For what it's worth, I have Avast Internet security running, only one change to one default setting because of a reported bug affecting one site I use.

By way of a thought, but not to ease your concerns, it would of course be possible for rogue software to capture what you are doing offline, then transmit data when you're back on line. But you do say you've clean installed, scanned etc.

Yeah I've done it all and gave Mcafee logs, ran adware combofix etc.. I've filmed NVbackend uploading over 3Gbs despite the fact that not only was this service disabled from start up, but blocked in the firewall. I assumed for a long time it was Nvidia because of that end user license that states they collect data not limited to performance or specs and they and their "partners" can do whatever they please with it.

But it happens still without any of their software installed (well I guess I have their raid drivers Microsoft installed -Nvidia chipset on Mobo, which I don't know if it's ok to disable or not although none of my drives are in a raid setup). It actually starts with svchost as soon as windows install finishes. I have disabled all those useless services in the registry, but these things are still happening and yes my art is getting out despite the fact that I do not have a connection to the pc.

Oh every file I create, there is a direct link to it in the webcache files and plenty of websites I have never heard let alone visited above and below each file location and name. I don't know what to make of all of this and McAfee referred me here since it's windows 10.

Oh final thought how can I disable sihost.exe? Since it has Clipboardserver? I'd also love to be able to actually disable ClipSVC as well (this service is disabled but still runs) maybe I'm just a little leery about those <access denied> threads.

Currently pc only has Adobe PhotoShop CS6 and AMD driver/software installed.

  5. Are you maybe fixating on something that really isn't an issue? I'm no expert on this type of thing but I'm pretty sure certain things happen on boot up. Like the PC trying to establish if it has a Network connection. Crippling things may make that process even longer, and cause other things to happen that normally wouldn't happen. Have you gone into device manager and disabled the NIC? I ask because I do believe if you just unplug the cable, Windows will still poll for a connection. And each time it looks that will show up as outgoing data. The data doesn't go anywhere, into the bit bucket as they say. Just my 2 cents.

I'd tend to agree with alphanumeric. And you're quite likely to really break sthg by changing settings on system services and the like that will stop you dead.

You could just disable the NIC: quite easy to set up a script/ shortcut to do that and v.versa.

I recall Zonealarm some years ago used to have a feature to disable all internet access.
    Disable Internet Access

    - so you might consider that sort of approach.

And you might consider the encrypted container approach of the likes of Truecrypt: files are not accessible until the password is entered and the encrypted file (containing all relevant files and folders) is mounted as a drive. All files and folders for your project then become accessible in the normal way.

Disabling Nic, kills all connection to the router dead, no ifs or buts. There's no traffic between them at all. I have ascertained that looking at the router too. Computer is out of the loop completely. Same goes for WiFi, it's not seen by any device.

    Suggestions on services to disable?

No, sorry I don't believe so. The pc is not online and I plan on keeping it off line, I just do not want to see any type of communication going to or from it.

Let me try to explain the situation, I am a designer by hobby. I have been using PhotoShop about 5 years now, I have crafted my own technique to make today's "real D" 3D and numerous other types of textures.

A couple years ago i happened to notice no matter what I made I was seeing something just like it online, so naturally I assumed that hey someone else out there made the same exact thing as I did (since I did not upload it anywhere) and would go back to the drawing board. Everything I made ended up being used and SOLD online, no matter what I did; there it was not even slightly altered (color change, mask, filter applied etc..).

Now I naturally freaked out and assumed I was being hacked, went to several security forums and asked the experts. Ran every scan they referred me to and was told "you're not being hacked in order for someone to hack you they have to script a code explicitly for your computer."

Okay, yet everything I continued to make ended up being sold yet again in stock image sites, texture and textile sites. Now I started filming myself making my textures, I also started watching task manager and resource monitor like a hawk. I filmed tons of out going data while barely any incoming data. I was still convinced I was being hacked despite what these "experts" told me and I started tracking these IP addresses, Akamiatechnologies, Facebook, Amazonaws, Google, IOPricessLLC, LayerSoft Technologies and Microsoft of course. A few "private" networks that had no information other these started with 224 I believe. Anyway I have 500Gbs of video of these things including oddly enough printspooler sending out data (despite never having had a printer hooked up to the pc nor networked).

In all of these I had always seen NVidia's NVBackend uploading constantly but never really thought much of it. Again I went back to the forums asked everyone for help and was told not to worry about it. But my files were still ending up being used by other people! One day I turned on the pc (with the firewall on lock down) and opened up resource monitor and there was NVBackend sending data... Now this made me block it, in the firewall but still it was always there running and uploading (never downloading) but one day when I filmed it uploading over 3GBs from my pc in one sitting (about 20 minutes before I killed it) I started poking around and opening files. I followed the path to appdata\local\NvidiaCorporation\Backend and I started opening these files and reading. "Record" and "stream" every single thing, firefox, photoshop, my pictures, every single microsoft package all saying "begin record" and "stream" "packet sent" and so on.

I contacted Microsoft I actually emailed Bill gates, the CEO and the board of directors. After 5 emails to these people asking them for help I got a phone call from a gentleman that introduced himself as the "highest tier tech" 3 hours on the phone with him and he finally tells me this is "data collection" and there's nothing that can be done to stop it!

So I decided I would stop it; I purchased this laptop and unplugged the desktop thinking this would give me freedom. But it didn't stop my files from getting out, I started looking at the background tasks like "microsoft phone" launching and disappearing. Started killing things like "remote access connection manager" and "telephony" disabling the services numerous times a day but they would only launch again. 14 months later convinced it was Nvidia doing these things (not that they weren't, I do have their files that show this) I purchased an AMD graphics card did YET ANOTHER CLEAN install. Created 6,000 new files between March 27 and April 8... And my latest designs are being sold on Daz3d right now. Obviously I did not stop it and apparently as the local police department told me "as long as they say they collect data they can collect anything they want." I guess this means by any means they please.
Funny they tell us that if we alter or redistribute their "intellectual property" they can press charges on us or sue us... But no one wants to stop them from taking ours.

So what do you do with all the creations ? Keep then for yourself or selling them some other way ? Leak may be somewhere else. You know the saying: "What gets on internet, stays on internet". Even a Windows phone will not sync with a PC if both are not on same network, on same account or either one are connected to internet. Heck, I'm having bad time syncing some parts even when I want to.

If you don't have WiFi/Cellular and you've unplugged Ethernet cable it can't communicate.

You'll see software listening on ports and your Adobe software trying to contact their activation servers etc but if you aren't connected to any network it just will not do anything. It can't.

How are you planning to get your designs off your PC if you aren't connected to any network? By USB? Sharing USB can be risky. Writing them to DVD would be safer.

  11. Like I said above, if you have no network/internet connection, where do you think this DATA is going? Lots of programs will "try" to connect to the "Internet". It's DATA sent, but its not going anywhere.

I would love to be able to sell them unfortunately I don't have the chance. I do have an extensive catalog though. I save them all from the very first layer to the very last filter. I don't know how they're getting out but they are and no one can help me stop it.
These are mine just a tiny bit... They're a few months old so they've already been released by someone LOL. Any suggestions on how to actually stop whatever is getting them?

Never used wifi on the desktop, never used cellular on it either. They are getting out somehow all I know. I have read that servers do not need an internet connection for "clients" to connect remotely... It's just windows 10 Pro unless something on it is triggering some server related software.

Lol. Those 4 of them are already on the internet now and could be accessed and copied/saved by anybody. Did you at least watermark them ? Have you shared those and any of them with anybody else ? Does anybody else have access to your computer they are on ?

They've been online since I made them a few months ago. I've tried watermarking before but people can easily erase them. I tried creating files so large they may crash a normal pc but they still get used. About a year and a half ago I started creating files 80,000 x 80,000 cms I thought I was being clever. Exhausted all of my memory (32GBs) and then some took an hour to scroll from one side to the other after zooming in on the canvas for 20 minutes. I have built textures entirely around my name, included contact info and all plainly visible doesn't seem to phase anyone as long as they get out somehow people are readily able to earn from them.

I just want to be able to stop whatever's going on so I can continue to build my catalog and just maybe one day someone might do the right thing and allow me the opportunity to utilize my talent to better provide for my child.

Oh btw about the leak? The webcache files say "LEAK FILE" a lot no idea what that's about or why there's websites like banking.ru and xboxgold.com (among thousands of other websites I've never heard of) when the pc has no internet connection and I've never been to any of those sites.
