Windows 10: Support Help Needed with downloading Flight Simulator onto a new PC

Alright I will just say to start, that the online help as the only mechanism for help is VERY frustrating. Not having the ability to either chat or talk with a real person is just not acceptable. Just spent $1300 on new PC, and $150 for flight simulator and cannot download.Here's the problem:1. I tried installing flight simulator with a different MSN account. I purchased it, and it shows in my order history.2. The install failed since the laptop didn't have enough memory.3. Bought a new PC, for my son, and he has logged in with a different MSN account.4. Microsoft Flight Simulator issue after Windows 10 Upgrade

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.



I suggest you to completely uninstall Microsoft Flight Simulator and check.

Refer the steps below to uninstall.

• Press “Windows key + X”, select Control panel.
• Open programs and features.
• In the list of installed programs, select Microsoft Flight Simulator, and then click
  Remove.

Note: If you have earlier versions of Flight Simulator in the list of installed programs, you will have to remove them in addition to Flight Simulator.



Reinstall the Flight Simulator.

moving flight simulator to a new pc

I installed Flight Simulator 2020 on an Older PC that was not able to run it very well. I since have purchased a very new PC and need to move Flight Simulator 2020 and in my feeble attempts have screwed it up!? HELP
