Windows 10: Support system is broken technically for me right now

I originally got help through the online chat system. Responses were slow, but it worked. I'm trying to transfer my Windows 10 Pro license for refurbished computers to a new computer. I was told that the license was transferable and told to wait to minutes while I was connected with a second tier tech support. After waiting 25 minutes I messaged. I got no response. I messaged again 20 minutes after that. 15 minutes after that, a tech support member replied, but I was AFK. The chat was dropped and closed after 3 minutes. Fine. So the next day I'm trying to continue the process so someone can he

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
