    SURFACE ALARMS WON'T WORK!!! Surface Pro 4


    Here we go again. I have a Surface Pro 4 running the latest version of Windows 10. It is fully updated. I have these settings:

    - "On battery power, turn off after: Never"

    - "When plugged in, turn off after: Never"

    - "On battery power, PC goes to sleep after: Never"

    - "When plugged in, PC goes to sleep after: Never"


    Furthermore, I ALWAYS make sure the volume is turned up to about 60 or 70, and it doesn't make a difference if the computer is plugged in or not. The alarms won't go off at the set times! I've tried the other alarm apps from the Windows Store. Same issues smh. My old Surface RT and Surface 2 neither of which I have anymore had alarms that ALWAYS worked. It was never an issue. Fast forward five years later, and this issue hasn't gone away despite the upgrade in software and a newer device. Help!
