    My buddy purchased his MS Surface Book2 a couple years ago. He always used facial recognition to log in. About a week ago, the facial recognition ceased to exist. He doesn't remember his Pin or Password. The hyperlink that says 'Forgot Pin' doesnt send me to another page doesn't do anything. The onedrive accts we have tried to recover from don't have the laptop information or bit locker ID.

    Tried to use a password recovery program, but it didn't work because we don't have the bit locker number.

    Is there a way to recover the facial rec login without the passwordor pin? Is there a way to find out what onedrive acct was used when this computer was set up?

    Not sure what else we can do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Help?!!!
