Surface Go: Change Graphic Setting for Bad Greenish Video Playback in WhatsApp Desktop?

Hi there, I have problem on the video playback on Surface Go when I play video in WhatsApp Desktop! I am on Windows 10 S on Surface Go 8 Mb RAM 128 Gb.

When I played YouTube video, all is good. I also can play MP4 video which embedded on Office Powerpoint Presentation, and it is OK. When I download the video from WhatsApp, and played with Film & TV app from Windows, it run normally without greenish layer on the video.

But... when I played MP4 video in WhatsApp Desktop, the playback is bad. There is a kind of greenish screen on the top of the video screen. The video itself run well behind that greenish screen. But it is bad that it has greenish layer on the top of the video.

I notice there is a review on Surface Go on YouTube, and the reviewer said that he found that bad greenish layer o top of the video playback, when he is editing on the Adobe Premier. Check time stamp on 1:35 on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cLsiWQwWHo

I tried to change the setting like he did, but couldn't find it for WhatsApp.

Look forward for practical help from you in this great Microsoft Community.

Thank you! Surface Go: Change Graphic Setting for Bad Greenish Video Playback in WhatsApp Desktop? :)
