    I have had my Surface Pro 3 for 3 years. It worked fine until the Windows 10 update in the spring. It would then act on its own. I would be on one website, and suddenly that site would close and Surface Pro would surf through various programs before it finally stopped. I would lose what I was working on. Last night was the last straw. I was working on my new website. I had finished a long stretch of text that with my perfectionist tendencies took a long time. I looked up and all the text was disappearing. I tried to retrieve it, but couldn't. Then the computer quickly started going through various websites, back to my Pro 3 home screen, through apps, etc. Finally it stopped. I quickly turned off the computer. Today I went through the diagnostics. There were a few fixes and everything was okay...for a short time. I have about 200mg of memory left. Could this be a memory problem where I need to install more memory? In the spring I took the computer to a computer specialist. Afterward there were less instances of problems, but I still had the problem of the computer deciding which program it wanted on the screen. I installed All On Top Software but my computer would not run it. It said an old copy was on the computer, but I could not find it. I would appreciate suggestions. Please keep in mind that I am not a computer guru.

    Surface Pro 4 - Mouse Jumps

    Easy fix- Not sure why or how but if you start the Surface Pro with the Keyboard open from the screen then close it after you have logged in the jumping disappears (or at least has for me).

    Taskbar program Jump List disappears


    Hi,

    I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 Pro and I have somewhat of a quirky problem. My taskbar is at the bottom
    of the screen but I have it expanded to 2 rows, e.g. twice as "thick" vertically as the default. When I right-click on any pinned icons on the bottom row and move the mouse up vertically to access the jump list of that particular program, the jump list
    disappears. It seems to be a focus problem of sorts as if I resize the taskbar back to the default, the issue doesn't happen.
