Surface Pro 4 - Crashes / Freezes

I have had the same problem since I got the surface pro 4 two months ago. They kept on releasing new firmwares to fix this "sleep" problem but to no avail. I had surface pro 3 and I sure miss it over this junk. I'm very surprised that they can't get this
right since the problem has been known for so long.
