Windows 10: Surface Pro 6 - Flashing Screen

After hours of streaming, my Surface Pro 6 will not boot up properly. I keep getting a flashing screen between my wallpaper and a black screen. Windows does not seem to be loading properly. I just recently installed Windows 11 as in less than a week ago.I am able to start the computer in Advanced Recovery Mode, but keep being asked for a Bitlocker Key, which I do not remember having installed. Do you have any advice?I just want my computer to work again. And really do not need my personal files, although it would be nice to keep them.I've tried following advice on this forum and other s

Stuck at OneDrive screen during Surface Pro 6 initial setup

Just turned on a newly purchased Surface Pro 6 at the Manhattan store this morning. Connected to power supply, powered it on, followed setup, got to the part where it asks about using OneDrive, clicked Next, and It just showed a blank screen. Clicked the
back arrow and selected, “Only save files on this PC”, and again get the blank screen. It’s been blank for 15 minutes now. Brand new machine, bricked already? Any suggestions? I already tried holding down the power button and restarting, followed the same
steps, and got stuck again at the same point. Blank screen with services tab shown above.

Surface Pro 2 Bluetooth non-compatibility with iphone 6

Thanks for the information.

I uninstalled and re-installed the Bluetooth in my Surface Pro 2 successfully.

The 2 devices paired successfully too, the Surface Pro 2 shows that it's connected to the iPhone 6 Plus, and the iPhone shows that its connected to the Surface Pro 2.

Although the Hotspot is switched On, it's not connecting with the Surface Pro 2, ie. the blue line is not flashing on the top of the iphone screen saying "Personal Hotspot: 1 Connection".

Any other suggestions, and please remember I run Windows 10 on my device, and my iPhone 6 software is always updated to the latest version.......
