Windows 10: surface pro 6 won't connect to webpages

Discus and support surface pro 6 won't connect to webpages in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; trying to download chrome or just go on any website , tried edge and IE both just show the homepage and allow me to search but would not let me click...     surface pro 6 won't connect to webpages


    trying to download chrome or just go on any website , tried edge and IE both just show the homepage and allow me to search but would not let me click the link. or would say waiting for response.

    was working fine till yesterday so I uninstalled chrome and now I can't download it back.

    network works fine I can access store and maps but webpages won't load.

    I've tried Winsock reset and flushing dns but still same problem also used troubleshoot on everything.

    tried changing network on to mobile hotspot and problem still persists

    Yes I am using a genuine apple cable and tried your method but still having issues . The device connects and all looks fine for a few minutes then it drops connection then reconnects and repeats this behaviour so I've gave up .see attached images.
