    Surface Pro 7 CPU Stuck at 0.19 GHz and BD PROCHOT Warning


    Hi There,I've had a few issues with my surface since I received it early this year, but nothing quite like this.The other day while working on my surface, I set it to hibernate and left it in that state for some time while I was away. When I returned about an hour later, I turned it back on and the PC was noticeably sluggish. It became so ridiculously slow that it took 2-4 minutes just to open up task manager. After doing so I noticed that my CPU speed was stuck on 0.19 GHz. I tried restarting. Shutting it down and even did a full restart using the power button and + volume button but with no
