    Hi all,


    My Surface Pro wont let me log in this morning. At the Hello screen it is insisting on a PIN. When I enter my PIN it tells me it is incorrect. It won't let me log in via facial recognition or password I normally just use facial recognition. After a few failed attempts it gives me a challenge screen. I type in A1B2C3 and then it asks for my PIN again. When I click on "I forgot my PIN" nothing happens. After a few minutes of this it asks me to restart. I have restarted, I have shut down and I have done a reset save my files and none of these have made a difference. Help please!

    Windows 10 includes multiple options to sign-in to your account, including the ability to sign-in using a PIN and Windows Hello, which uses facial recognition. For us to provide a solution suited to your concern, we need additional information. Can
    you answer the questions below?

    • How are you setting the PIN and Hello?
    • Which build version of Windows is your PC running on?
    • Were there any error codes or messages?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below on how to set up PIN.

    • Open Settings.
    • Select Accounts.
    • Click Sign-in options.
    • Click the Add button for the PIN and set your PIN.
    • Do the same for the Windows Hello.
