Windows 10: Surface pro4 window is locked and don’t load any folder in desktop or respond to my clicks

i had a black screen problem. I did a reset by holding the power button. When i restart the surface pro then i do get to the sign in screen. I sign in and windows recognize me but then when it loafs the window then it shows blue window screen ans none of my folders/files on the desktop show. My cursor on the screen does move around as per my movement but then windows does not respond to any of my clicks. If i take the cursor to the bottom windows bar then cursor shows the spinning motion as if something is loading. I tried to to a facotry default reset but have mispalced the windows key and as a result cannot do a reset.

Can somebody please tell me how ro get rid of this problem? Thank you

I have a surface pro4 which now comes up with only a blue screen after updates in windows 10.

I cant get into the start menues only the pc information security boot config date and time about and exit menue.

any suggestions

How to Activate GodMode in Windows 7
