Windows 10: Survey-smiles.com, keeps trying to connect to my Win10 pc browser

Hi,Survey-smiles.com, keeps trying to connect to my Win10 pc browser.Confirmed by avast and avg as NOT a false positveI'm using firefox, and chrome.I have tried all the remedies offered online.Cleard caches, browser and dns, using 'cmd', run, powershell..Have removed and reinstalled Chrome...as a Test.I have scaned with a host of malware/ virus apps including but not limited to; my avast premium security, malware bytes, hitman pro, Adwcleaner, etc.etc. and nothing to show.I have not found any unsual or unwanted apps.No new extensions or plugins found.I have pretty much tried all the remedies

Smile Support for E72

i am using Nokia E72. In this i am not able to view the smiles. when ever i receive a smily it shows symbols. If any one can help to solve this problem please help me.....





Also please suggest if there is any SMS messenger that i can use to send sms or chat with the memebrs in my contact list.

I am still lost but here goes:

• Only known “change” was starting to use Edge browser (which came with new Asus in May) in addition to Firefox. No earlier problem with new or old PC prior to late June.

• New PC came with Kaspersky with which I am uncertain after the contract period.

• Ads appear when opening email messages ( which are genuine) and must be deleted before continuing with the email. Sites are those I have visited for years.

• Below are samples of the ads and where possible their urls

• Only steps taken are to seek help and direct profanity toward whomever sends this trash

Is your PC connected to a domain network?

If your are connected to a domain network and yet facing this issue, I would suggest you to try the following steps and check:

Method1:

First, I would suggest you to try switching your User account from a Microsoft account to a local account and check if the issue persists. Click on 'Settings', click on 'Accounts' and then click on "sign in with a local account' in the "your accounts' section.
Restart the computer and switch back to a Microsoft account and check.

If the issue persists, try these steps and check:

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type Powershell
• Type the following in the Powershell prompt:
  
  $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  
• Close the Powershell window
• Reboot

Try these and let us know the results.
