  1. Suspicious Microsoft Store Applications

I would like to report this issue about an application in Microsoft Store that is not working properly which I already uninstalled.

After the installation, I quickly launched the application to test it, it crashed on the first startup. At startup, it requests for a 5-star rating, which phrase it this way IIRC "rate us 5-star and the notice will not appear again, give us a bad review and it wouldn't help us", luckily it can easily dismiss. Quite frankly, I think this is something that a developer should not have done.

Now moving to the problem, none of my video file working, it only does play audio and the performance was below expectation from any third party software like MPC HC or VLC. The most negative is about the price - it gives 100% price off, and quite suspicious, I fall for it, a big mistake I had made. To an extent, I believe this application is a fraud, I hope Microsoft look into this issue seriously.

A bit of info, there is another application from PixelBoss AppMaker in Microsoft store other than the application below, named Movie Maker & Editor 10. Well, I'm not sure if it works, but both sharing the same characteristic, having price 100% off. Microsoft, please investigate.

Restore Microsoft Store application in Windows 10

After multiple attempts, I managed to get Store open by enabling Developer mode (as suggested by one of the posters here) and running the command "Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}" in Powershell. Not sure if is exactly the solution since I've tried different steps suggested by different users in different forums (including uninstalling Store separately) but hey, I am not complaining!
