    Greetings,


    i had this issue for long ago, i don't remember whats the trigger to be honest, but here it is.


    when i use Adobe Premiere pro 2019 or 2017 in editing or rendering i get this random system total freeze then after 30sec followed by bluescreen of death, with either driver power state failure or watchdog violation.

    this also happens when i try to exit (quit) LOTRO - game.

    there is nothing showing on Event Viewer

    i updated all the drivers, reinstalled windows from scratch with latest updates.


    contacted customer support over chat (and they took over my laptop via remote control app) and no luck at all
