Windows 10: svchost with my user name as user

Hello,I have encountered a problem today which leads me to be uncertain about whether or not I have a virus on my PC.Today I got a notification that svchost tried to access a protected folder \Device\HarddiskVolume3.While researching svchost, I found out that svchost should not be running under the user account and that if it does, it may indicate a virus infection. There are multiple svchost processes running under my account name. I ran both a full Windows Defender check after making sure it is up to date as well as a Malwarebytes scan. Neither of them managed to find anything.

I have never seen svchost running under user name, not in 10 either.
You should open file location an check, if it is really svchost in System32.
Then again, I have never allowed telemetry and I disable Unistack services.

Almost everywhere it says if svchost is running under the PC's name or the user logon name then there's a problem, possibly malware. But now I just read this:

Is this true? Must be...So what people have been saying is a sign of malware, is, at least in Win10 normal functioning. And svchost associated with it is in .../system32, where it should be. Supposedly MS is using it for telemetry.

Am I right about this? Thought I had some deep-seated malware but apparently not?

Current active users that are friends

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
