    It might be the drivers you got from the 'net site yesterday.
    Its working now so don't worry about Win 10 until you install it again, maybe dual boot it ?

    I still have my Windows 10 copy installed. I had to remove my old Windows 8.1 copy which was still on my HDD.

    Ok boys, I did exactly the same thing I did on Win 8 with the bluetooth headset installation. Same exact steps. IT'S BEAUTIFUL! Everything is flawless in Win 10 with my 7 year old bluetooth devices. I can even control the music selection (forward and back) with the buttons on the headset.

    Here, watch how I did it. Turn up your volume a little bit or use a headset to hear the music from my headset.

    I guess it's a driver problem for you Chuck.

    Nice video, I heard the music fine, but couldn't hear a word you said. I thought I was going to hear a robot talking.
    So how does Chuck find the right driver for his ?

    I don't know how to answer that question because I didn't have to find anything. The PC did everything on its own. I just plugged the Bluetooth dongle and then paired the headset. Drivers just installed themselves. He can try manually updating the drivers on device manager using the drivers from manufacturer's website.

    I tried all those step and it just didn't work. I'll uninstall everything and try again tomorrow.

    Well.. I'm on Windows 8.1 now and I think I'll continue to do use it. I might dual boot with Windows 10 later.

    No worries. Your thread helped me re-discover my old gadgets.
    The 2 wireless headphones I am using right now are not bluetooth. They are the regular 900Mhz RF ones from Sony. I use one for my HTPC and another with my main PC and Raspberry Pi internet radio. (This and this.) The signal and sound on both are solid and the bass is jaw dropping. *Smile
