    Click the link. If the page again appears, close it out and re-click the link to open the Page. This has been an issue with Microsoft webpages. Clicking the link(s) a second time usually opens the page.

    Hey so it got to a point where it basically appeared to be locked into sleep mode, the screen is not working at all. I'm currently at a Microsoft store getting it checked out.
