Windows 10, Fios internet, diconnecting

Who is the publisher of this application and what is it's purpose? I have the same set of issues with my Dell Laptop, which is still under warranty. Dell seems unable to address the problem, despite my having returned it to them for service and them having
replaced the wireless card and updated all software.

 

Windows 10 and wifi FIOS not connecting

I have fios and just upgraded to windows 10 on my pc. I now can't sign on to the Internet. I have all the fios codes and still no wifi connect for my desktop utilizing a net gear wireless adapter that was fine with windows 7 thanks.
