Windows 10: Sync issue

It is Your Phone app installed on my phone and it won’t sync properly with my computer. The app works in a strange way - the messages that I don’t have in the phone are synced mixed up with messages that I have in the phone

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Keyboard layout syncing issue in Windows 10

Does this issue confined to keyboard layout?

I suggest you to Turn off the Language preference and Ease of access Sync settings and check if it helps. You may follow the steps below and check if it helps:

• 
  Press Windows key and then type Sync your settings.
  
• 
  Turn off language preference and ease of access.
